Picture My Life

Remember my post the other week about how fast and easy it was to get a bunch of my photos out of a box and into an album using Close to My Heart's Picture My Life line?  Well I am here to tell you that all of the current Picture My Life kits (ala carte and scrapbooking programs) are being retired at the end of August and as of right now they are on a while supplies last basis.

Birthday Celebration and Retiring list

I am taking the day to celebrate the birth of my son, he is turning 5 and I am totally surprised that it has already been that long!  Our little mister is so funny and such fun to have around the house.  So I don't have any artwork for you (though I am working on something that involves the Brushed paper pack and 6 two page layouts, so stay tuned!).  I do have some information for you though, Close to My Heart has released the list of retiring items that will be gone on a while supplies last basis.  To see the retiring items just click here and make sure you get the things you are wanting before they are gone!

Already announced retirements

Okay so I have been busy scrapbooking and I will post some pictures soon, but I got an email a few days ago from Close to My Heart's corporate office with a little note saying that a few favorite products will be retiring at the end of this NEW Idea Book (which you can view when you click here.

The first is the How-To Books

This is a little bit of a bummer because I use these daily, I LOVE them, each and every one of them, so get yours before they retire June 30th, 2012. I am a little bummed, but I am also really excited because once Close to My Heart retires something they always have something better coming, so I am looking forward to the something better!

The second thing to retire is the markers, so get the ones you are wanting before they are also gone July 1st. This also means that something better is coming!

The third item is the cardstock color shade combo packs, these too will be gone July 1st, so get them while you can!

Retiring Items

Close to My Heart is changing to a Bi-Annual Idea Book and the first one will go live February 1st, 2011. That means that the a lot of items in the current Idea Book are retiring and will be available at a first come first serve basis. The new paper packs and the new stamp sets will NOT be retiring but that is about it. Crazy I know! But that means that come February we will be getting a TON of new product and I am super excited about that! That also means that December is the perfect time to snag some of your favorite items before they are gone. Why you ask?
